INCREDIBLE!!!! I was introduced to this team by a friend of mine. Immediately Esther Lee reached out, reviewed all of my goals and worked through a plan that would help me achieve this. I was in an unusual situation and Esther approached it with open and achievable things. It had been a long road, 6 months, to get to this final point of closing. I had some things in my financial situation that needed to change to qualify and Esther stuck with me every step of the way. Once I was at a place that I was able to move forward towards an approval I worked with her underwriting team; Shara Gojo Cruz, Robert Martino and Maria Berg who initially reached out to gather all the proper documents. This was Quickly turned around to the underwriter, Anna Obraztsova who took all this information for processing. Everyone was super responsive and communicated everything I needed to do to get to my final approval/closing. It was quickly closed soon after it got to the final approval.
