One night in late December I hit a few buttons on Zillow and 3 days later I was sitting in Caryns car touring 6 multi families in the Jersey City / Union City NJ area. She was great, super knowledgeable about the area. She was great about giving advice but also wants to understood your side of things. Will use her again and will definitely recommend her to friends.

Caryn is simply the best! She went above & beyond in selling our home in Jersey City. From the pre-list market intel, to great staging advice & decor, to multiple open houses (even a Twilight open house that really showcased the view!), to always being available when we needed her - she made the whole process super seamless & easy to navigate! You will never find a better realtor than caryn in the new jersey area.She went well above and beyond of what we exptected to find the perfect home for us. She has been helping us visiting places for a whole year across new jersey switching between single home families, multi families and condos since we werent sure about what we needed. After we found the home ( in hoboken) ,she helped us finding the best contacts ( legal, mortgage lenders, inspection.. ) in order to get a smooth deal. Even after the deal is closed, she kept emailing us resources and tips in order to get more familiar with the area and the process of being a home owner. Highly recommend!
