David and this place changed my life. I was never able to stick with an exercise routine. At 40 years old I took my first Jiu Jitsu class here and now almost 2 years later Im a blue belt and train consistently 3-4 times a week. Its not only helped me physically but the mental aspects cant be overstated enough. My confidence is way up and its done wonders for my anxiety. On top of it all Ive made amazing friends Im sure Ill know the rest of my life. Beyond grateful to David, all my coaches, and training partners. Thank you!
