Ive really enjoyed my time working with Rachael. She is warm, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. In our brief time together, she has helped me understand myself in new ways and taught me skills to be a better version of myself. Therapy is not always easy, but Rachael makes it so worth it!

The time that I had with her as my therapist was the most necessary thing I could have done for my life.
