They charge you $225 to do your taxes do not sign anything unless you're sure that you're going to do your taxes here if you sign the paperwork you will be charged automatically $50 and when you do your tax returns to just to let you know

Family Tax Service was referred to me by a family friend. And now Im upset I was audited by the IRS for things in my taxes I did not agree to they did not sign my tax papers and lady lied about her name no one by the name she provided me worked there shady nor did they include the nonsense they put on my taxes the IRS had to provide the information. They dont know what they are doing and just put things on your taxes to get you a high return so they can charge you a HIGH fee. This place is a COMPLETE rip-off. Stay far away

I decided to give family tax services a try due to all the great reviews. Very professional staff. The room was full of positive energy. Monique, the preparer explained things well and presented me with different options. She was very professional, honest, reasonable, patient and yet friendly. I can comfortably say that I will continue to use their service.
