Let me begin by saying that Carolyn is not only extremely professional but also very personable and easy to talk too. I felt listened too and understood the entire time- and was very pleased when I saw the care she took to understand my goals and offer solutions based on obtaining those goals while also being rooted in reality and managing expectations with potential outcomes. She did this by being extremely thorough throughout her gaining understanding, and in her attention to detail as far as the actual document was concerned. The final product was nothing short of amazing; the intentions and points I wanted to make- eloquently worded in a manner that was both professional and stern to the point. I am a harsh critic and particular with what I put forth- with that being said I will continue using CAF document services for all my related needs going forward.
