        Refused to warranty a machine because I didnt buy it from them. Ive spent about 12k over the last 2 years there. Im never going back there.

        I like to do repairs myself. But could not find parts. Went to durie and they looked up parts and had them in stock. I am extremely happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them.

      Hello Trevor,We have no record of you being here. We have never denied a warranty to a customer due to purchase location. It is possible we were unable to warranty the unit either because the repair was not eligible for warranty consideration (poor maintenance, low octane or old fuel, ect.) or because we are not authorized dealers for the unit's company. If you like to discuss the repair in question further, we would be more than happy to speak with you.
