Vicky is absolutely wonderful! She is the most professional, compassionate and non-judgemental therapist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I can not praise her enough - I genuinely do not have the words to describe what she has done for me. She is extremely knowledgeable (about psychology, CBT and so many other things in life!) and incredibly well-read, and this means that she draws from a very deep well of resources to help her clients, and understand what they are going through. I have been so impressed, and completely trusted her guidance. She also has a very unique way of empathizing with clients - it was not difficult at all to really get her to understand what I was going through. Shes provided numerous resources and therapeutic solutions. She has an expansive library of educational resources she lends out in addition to journals and other techniques. In the year that Ive been going to her, shes gone above and beyond to help me- from last minute sessions to responding promptly to calls and texts. No words could ever describe how grateful I am for her.
