Susan helped me buy my first home and I cannot recommend her enough! I found her via an online search when I was reeling from a bad experience with another agent, and wow - what an immediate difference! Susan was responsive, informative, patient, friendly, and honest. Above all, I truly felt she prioritized my interests, and I never felt pressured. I recommended her to one of my good friends who also purchased his first home with her, and he had a similar experience. Although I purchased my home several years ago, Susan does a great job keeping the relationship with periodical emails (helpful home tips and reminders!), and holiday offerings. And when my parents were considering selling their home (they decided to not sell for other reasons), I reached out to Susan who came to their home well-prepared, with research including data, comps, and recommendations. I was impressed on both ends and would highly recommend!

Doug, Susan and Ben are the best realtor team ever. They will work you to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
