I cannot express how wonderful Melissa Jenkins is. I was going through a difficult divorce and needed to sell my family home and find a place to live my newly single life. She held my hand the entire time, giving incredible advice on how and when to list the family home. She worked with me on my schedule. Melissa bent over backwards for me, especially through such an emotional time in my life. With this market finding a home I could afford, in Hillsborough, so my kids didnt have to change school districts was insanely stressful. Melissa never gave up. And by some miracle, and Melissa magic, she found me my perfect townhome. She is truly the best.

The word professional truly defines Melissa Jenkins as a realtor! From start to finish, Melissa was there every step of the way. We never had to worry about a thing as Melissa was available to answer our questions and help when we hit a bump. She is easy to work with and very knowledgeable. If you want a realtor who is full time, hands on, and loves what she does (and it shows in the service she provides), then you need to contact her. I will be recommending Melissa to everyone I know!

Melissa was very friendly and helpful when we attended the open house she was showing. She took time to answer all our questions and was patient with us as we tried to see if the house would fit our needs. If we didn't already love our realtor, we'd be tempted to switch!
