Days Inn by Wyndham Hillsborough

Rooms: Bathroom is moldy and I put heat all the way up to 75 and was still cold. Very run down. Noteworthy details: Horrible place. Front desk has nothing they advertise for sale,bathroom drop ceiling was moldy, snack machines are out of order, bathroom only had 3 hand towels and no bath towels, then they had the balls to charge me $100 for stealing towels that weren't even in the room. Oh and you can't speak to a supervisor because apparently they are too cheap to have a business line.

Check-in is at 3:00pm which makes a big difference for my needs than a 4:00pm check-in. The room was clean, including the carpeting! There's a coffee maker, refrigerator and a microwave which came in handy. I gave the room a 4 because I would have liked more coffee and cups and in the bathroom, more shampoo, conditioner and soap. Walkability: There is a restaurant next door, which I like. Food & drinks: There was a sign that coffee and a light breakfast was served, but we weren't told about it when we checked-in. We didn't see any sign of it when we checked out. Noteworthy details: I was surprised at check-in that a $100 deposit was asked for on check-in. When I booked online, I did not see any warning about that! The $100 was returned to my account on the day of check-out though, so that was good!
