Had an amazing experience with this TNM! The customer service was top-notch, and the product exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a high quality home remodeling. Trimaine is awesome!

TNM Construction and Trimaine did a marvelous job in creating a living speace in our basement. We have added a sleeping space, closet, bathroom with extra large shower to care for elders, extended HVAC, and built an under stairwell storage. We love the workmanship, attention detail, and strong customer service. We are very happy with space and highly recommend their work.

They did a great job tiling and with the vanities. The painters sucked. They dont know how to paint. Everything was late. Tremaine was not communicative with me and my family. If we asked him to do something, he would go silent for a couple of days. He got a bit annoyed with us because we asked for small changes. He told me that he only texts and does not call. Unprofessional right there. I specifically asked for 2 new shower handles, then he said he couldn't do them because they ran out of time. If I ask for something, I expect it to be there. He had more then 2 weeks and they didnt get the vanities and everything in until 1 week past. The paint splattered paint on my new dresser then I just got, and did not even bother telling me or clean it up. They didnt put any tarps down over my belongings when they were painting. They made our ceiling bigger in the shower but they did not cap off the tile. Their grouting job in our bathroom sucks. When they put our vanity in, they did not put tile underneath, aka water damage hazard, so they had to rip the vanity out and tile it again. They told us that we would be getting a fiberglass tub but instead we got a metal on, so he lied to us. We need to do our kitchen next and they would need to have more communication with us, be open to changes, and be open to calls. I am not gonna text you every little detail. This is my house and I want it done right the first time!
