I've been residing at Larken Living Apartments since October and have been thoroughly impressed by the management, especially Destiny Church. Her responsiveness and accommodation have made the experience exceptionally smooth. I even recommended Larken Living to my sister, and now we're neighbors! Destiny's professionalism truly enhances the living experience here. Highly recommended!

I think I can speak for plenty at this point. Regardless of how well maintained the property is, were so disappointed and DONE at how OFTEN these fire alarms have gone off in one single year!! This is mainly happening within the elevator apartments. Alarm has gone off either very late at night or early in the morning. And its yet to be fixed! They went off twice this week(including today at 745am new years day) and were over it. Its such an inconvenience for people with babies, pets, disabilities, etc. and the best part? Our building elevator hasnt even been fixed in 2 weeks!! We feel like even the fire apartment is tired of coming here so often. Not to mention, theres been about 2 gas leaks already where our building REEKS, yet, the alarms dont go off for that?? Someone calls instead. They also testthese fire alarms every other week and sometimes dont even notify or better yet, give us same day notices!!! Firefighters say they cant find anything but that theres definitely something triggering it thats not being properly fixed. One day, God forbid, a real emergency will happen & no one will take it seriously because people are not even leaving their units anymore!! We definitely wont be extending our lease here.

Since moving to HVC I have been nothing but happy. It's a great community with great staff, especially our maintenance staff. Rhay, one of our maintenance men, has always been able to help and fix anything I need quickly and does an amazing job. You can always depend on him to get everything done in a timely manner and keep you informed of what's going on. Having that level of dependability makes living here easy and enjoyable.
