Very disappointed with the way this place conducts their business. I have left numerous messages and Ive emailed my old therapist over 10 times and I have not received a response. Last time speaking to somebody from the office was in 2021 and I was told they would call me back to let me know If there was any space available. Havent even been able to make an appointment with the doctor. Update: 2/8/22 Still nothing. Thanks!

Ive had a good experience when I used to go in 2017-2018. However, Ive been trying to obtain my records since I switched psychiatrists closer to my area. No matter how many times I call, I am never able to speak to someone directly. Is the number posted still operating?

I have never seen such an insane level of ineptitude from a place of business in my life. I had call three times in the span of three weeks to book an appointment, with a receptionist assuring me every time that she would call me back that day. I finally was able to make a phone appointment, but when the day came I wasnt called. So, I checked in and was told they could not find my appointment. After being put on hold for 35 minutes, I hung up and called back only to be told she accidentally hung up the phone and couldnt find my number again. THEN I was told they couldnt find record of my active insurance, so the receptionist just had deleted the appointment without calling me to ensure their information was correct. I ended up deciding to go to someone else because clearly they are not someone to trust with your health.

Within eight months I had three different therapists and I was never able to make any progress with all the change that was happening at this place. No one stays at this place as an employee so that should tell you a lot. The psychiatrists are completely outdated and out of their minds. For example I have test results saying what medication I can and cannot take and the doctor flat out told me that she doesnt believe it and disregarded any negative symptoms I had to medication in the past ,she still wanted to put me. Thats a red flag right there. The lack of communication that was the biggest issue. I never knew therapists were leaving until the last day It was so hard to just jump back in with somebody new . I recently missed a couple appointments because I had Covid and they just decided to discharge me with our any warning. Now I have no place to get my medication and no one to talk to. its honestly just ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone please save yourself a headache and find someplace else.
