        My mother has been a loyal customer for years at this dentist. They sent her a letter in the mail, after not returning phone calls, stating that they can no longer have her as a patient. She is beside herself and nobody will answer as to telling her why. Always paid, always showed up. No place of business should EVER treat a patient like this. Unbelievable. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

        After waiting 2 months for an appointment and giving my information when the appointment was made, filling all kind of HIPPA and personal and health information and replying to multiple text to confirm the appointment and being there on time , the day of the appointment comes and they tell me " we do not take your insurance , if you want , you will have to pay????!!!!" completely unprofessional. Dr G

        Dr Orlans and his wonderful wife were customers of mine when I lived in NJ. And I must say there dental office was the best I've ever had. Gental, honest,and great sense of humor made going to the dentist " fun" . I miss them. Go here you'll be glad you did.

      This is not a patient of record. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and maintain policies and procedures in order to deliver the best experience for both patients and staff. Although unfortunate, when there is a breakdown of doctor-patient relationship, which is necessary for optimal care, then perhaps dental needs are better met elsewhere. Patients are always welcome to contact us directly to further discuss.

      Dear C G,We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration. It would have been best to direct your inquiries to our office coordinator to better address your concerns. Our office participates with several insurance companies, and those we do not participate with we are still able to submit claims on behalf of the patient. We do our best to assist all patients to understand their insurance policies but ultimately it is the policy holder's responsibility. In a case where we are not in network with an insurance provider, claims are still submitted, and reimbursement is made directly to the insured. We apologize for any misunderstanding you may have had. You are still welcome to contact us if you have any further questions.
