        I came in for a new phone and Herol did an amazing job at assisting me. He explained my plan and showed me the break down. He was professional and funny at the same time. I enjoyed my time at this location. He even made sure my Apple Watch was properly paired to my new phone! Overall all the team was amazing but Herol really shined and made my experience outstanding! I can tell hes a hard worker as well as his coworker DC.

        Herol was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. No games here. He simply addresses my issue and assisted me in getting my problem resolved quickly, and easily. I will definitely be going back to this location for all of my wireless needs. Highly recommend !
