Have always had a very positive experience here. Rita is very knowledgeable about the hotels and cruises we always stay at. We have been booking with Rita for over 15 years and haven't had a bad experience once.

BEWARE: When I met Rita she seemed so knowledgeable about traveling to Greece, I felt good about the trip. We traveled to Mykonos 6/21 & all went well there but when the transfer car brought us to the hotel in Santorini we were shocked to see the depressed area outside the gates of the hotel. We paid for a five star hotel & it was probably a 3 star hotel if that, with no security or restaurant on the premises. I didnt feel safe so I called Rita immediately, sent her pictures & she was horrified. She said that she would begin an investigation with her contact Central Holidays. We cancelled our reservation with the hotel manager on the spot & when we met with Ritas Tour Greece representative he suggested that we book another hotel, pay for it & get a refund from Rita and so we did. We returned from Greece in June 2021 and to this day Rita has not contacted me with my refund. This is the worst travel agent I ever did business with. Its a shame Hawthorne is such a nice town, its highway robbery
