They did not disclose the shipping cost or give me shipping options until my order was placed. I contacted them to tell them to cancel my order as soon as it went through and I saw the shipping costs. ($22 to ship $6.50 worth of steel)This was before 9am at 2pm i got a notification that it had shipped at the exorbitant rate. No effort to contact me to try to change the shipping option. 0 follow through. Never again.

Kyle we do not hide shipping costs. Shipping cost is displayed in your cart after submitting an address and on the checkout page before you pay. Your order was small and processed quickly the same day. We reached out as soon as we saw your email and retroactively discounted your shipping cost. Our apologies if you find the FedEx costs too high, we just find UPS does not take proper care of our goods and USPS is unable to handle our volume. We would have happily returned the material for free as well. All the best.

Please remember that every single order we receive is processed by hand - that means some pieces need to be cut on our waterjet, some need to be slit, and some need to be wide belt ground. It looks like your order had to be cut on one of our two in house waterjets, which do most of the heavy lifting for our extra service department, which does mean that they need to be fit into the schedule for processing. It looks like your order still got out within our standard processing time of 3-7 business days. Please note that we do offer Rushed processing AS WELL as expedited shipping options at checkout or by phone if you ever need!Thank you for choosing NJSB!

Edit to original review.
My last order went very well, I planned ahead thinking it would be 7-10 days before the order was shipped but I was happy to be wrong, my order was placed on Wednesday morning and I received my order Friday!! Wow that was fast and the order was complete.
I added another star also. If they keep this up I will delete the old review. Thanks NJSB
7 days after I placed my order and it still says processing. I called and they said it can take 3-7 days before it ships. They dont work on the weekends so I know it will be at least 10 days or longer. This information should be posted on your website so people know this in advance!! I have ordered from them before and it has been a lot faster shipping. I guess if I order from here again I will need to call so I know in advance how long it will be before they can ship, no more ordering on their website for sure.

We do our best to get all orders out the door as soon as possible and in the case we exceed processing times without notification, we are happy to accommodate you within our means.
