Words cant express the value Jim brought to our home buying process. For context, we were looking for our next home during one of the toughest housing markets over the course of a year. Sure it was easy to sell our previous property but the buying process was long, tough and downright hard despite being in a good position. Jim was with us every step of the way from a financing perspective and sanity check. When things got hard he dug in and supported. He was always prepared, ahead of the curve but also there for us when there were little turns in the road. We owe so much to Jim and the broader Silex group. Thanks to his help, we now have "our home."

Technologynot my thing! Paperworknot my thing! Actually they are both not only not my thing but give me complete stress! Of course when you think about obtaining a mortgage, both of those things come to mind as necessary and that was totally anxiety provoking for me. Jim was more than accommodating and made the process so simple that I literally didnt even realize I was finished with getting him what he needed for the approval and when he told me I was approved I said really you dont need anything else? He is understanding and stays on top of everyone involved in the process to make sure that everyone meets deadlines. Above his pay grade was a term I said to him a lot bc he went above and beyond the mortgage and was more like a therapist at times! I appreciate everything Jim did to make my dream possible and will be forever grateful!

I had the pleasure of working with Jim at Silex. He was a wonderful person to help me negotiate the best way to go about doing a reverse mortgage. I would highly recommend him and Silex if they are considering this path.

Jim Christopoulos and his team at Silex Financial did an excellent job with identifying the right mortgage for us! I first contacted Jim in late March and by July, I have already closed and I am enjoying my new home thanks to the mortgage he found for us! Jim was very responsive and was able to help with my questions along the way via text, phone call and emails. He even walked my family members through the process step by step when they had questions. I am very pleased with him and his team and have recommended them to others already!
