Had somewhat of a Flooring emergency had our floors refinished by another contractor and they did a terrible job. I called Nj Flooring and they came same day to give me a quote. And began working the next morning because we were in a Rush to move into our new home. Had beauty refinished floors in less than 3 days! And he worked through the weekend! Great service!

AVOID this Co..all promises while pitching the job about follow up & quality if anything was needed after the job was done, turned out to be all talk & no action. We told him we had contractors in there, painting, spackling & installing the video security system. and we'ld let them know when he can get in. He kept calling almost every other day for 2 weeks trying to get into the house & literally arguing with us about it. That can only mean he had no work..now that he's done I can see why people won't recommend him. I tried to ask his workers a few questions because he was not there on the 1st half of the job and they did not speak a word of English so we couldn't even get important job questions answered while they were there.. after the job was done we pointed out they smashed the baseboard & dug a big gouge out of it, he refused to fix it saying we "couldn't prove" he did it. He originally said he would come back after we moved in if any scratches happened on the floor and buff them out. He now says hes not doing that. He left a circle un-stained & un-varnished area in one of the BR'S..instead of him fixing it he now just handed a us a jar of stain saying He's also not going come back & we should be able do it ourself & argued also about that. he told 2 of us two completely different stories on how long he's owned the company also . In the middle of the job, he kept asking us to put in a good review for him.. when we told him after he finished that we weren't going to do that. He just shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't care.. unbelievable....This place is not worth the hassle. Service: Wood floor installation
