Went in for an interview a few months ago; afterwards received a call and was pointed out the they had an issue with me having a beard - while the gentlemen that took the h.r interview's son had one aswell; and asked if I needed time for prayers etc - after answering the odd questions. Reached out again and was told that they found a person with 10 years experience; Haha sure.

Owner walks around huffing and puffing like hes some kind of WWE wrestler. Wants people to feel free to discuss problems with him. His mother and girlfriend work there and are both afraid to speak to him. People walk around on egg shells all day waiting to be blamed for something. Has a manager who runs the office and manipulates all his reports to the owner to favor himself. Mental games are played everyday with everyone who works there. Mostly all of the electricians are ready to jump ship and are waiting for a good opportunity to get out. They play the game with management and act like dedicated employees. Truthfully, most would be happy to get let go and collect unemployment. They have 4 good foreman and the rest are bottom of the barrel electricians and helpers. They will hire you with full intentions of letting you go after the job is complete. They hire anyone without background checks or previous employment verifications. This is the place to go work while you look for another job since they hire on the spot.
