        Purchased a 2012 Volvo XC90R in Jan and had it shipped to my home. When I drove it to work the next day, the Check Engine Light came on. After much back and forth over many weeks, the dealer refused to pay for any expenses to resolve the issue. The vehicle was either insufficiently tested, or they knowingly sold a defective

      We're very sorry that we can't please this gentlemen but we spent a lot of time trying to sort out the situation. We did everything that was reasonable and responsible to do but we can't guarantee an older car will last forever. When it left our facility it was running fine with no issues and the new owner had it shipped to North Carolina making it impossible for us to re-inspect the car to verify if there was an issue. We informed the gentleman that it was sold "As Is" and he signed a form acknowledging that.We are are sorry he can't join the others who have given us positive reviews. People who have done business with us for the last 100 years know how hard we work at doing it right.
