I hired Trade Mark Design and Build for a large scale project in my home. Paul and his team are punctual, organized, very communicative and respond to questions and concerns in real time. Dan and Lou, project foremen, are gems! They are skilled craftsmen who work diligently to complete the job. Paul offered details and options that helped us make the most informed decisions and choices for our project. Paul's team kept to a schedule and completed the work on time. We bought our house knowing that we wanted to take down the wall between the kitchen and the dining room and reclaim space in the primary bathroom for a walk-in closet. Prior to closing we even had a contractor come through to confirm our plans were doable. After conducting our research we decided to go with Trade Mark for our renovation. From the very first meeting, Paul listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure we ended up with the house that we envisioned. As it turns out, despite the prior assurance we had received, our initial plans were not possible for either the kitchen or the bathroom. Rather than tell us we had to compromise, Paul found a way to give us exactly what we wanted (and more) and was very patient even when the bathroom (a very challenging space) took multiple iterations to get right! Once the work started, everyone involved, from Dan to the entire crew, were wonderful to work with and made sure all the details were exactly what we wanted. The quality of the work and overall results of the renovation exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Trade Mark to anyone. We are confident that if we had chosen anyone other than Trade Mark we would not have ended up with the kitchen and primary suite that we have. Pauls commitment to the project and our satisfaction with the results, his keen attention to detail, and responsiveness were apparent throughout the entire renovation, and were beyond my expectations. My wife and I had a fantastic experience working with Paul and his team. We were on a very tight timeline to remodel our kitchen, as we were expecting our first child in a matter of months and wanted the work to be done in advance. Paul worked diligently with us to find opportunities to streamline the timeline but without making us compromise on our vision or on the master craftsmanship and precision his team brought to their work. We are not easy clients -- we have lots of opinions and can be quite exacting with our asks! Paul, Lauren, and Dan were great partners and humored our many questions and requests, while also being very helpful in pushing back when it made sense to. We could not be happier with the final product and absolutely love our new kitchen. We would recommend Trade Mark in a heartbeat, and will very likely be working with them again in the future.
