The inspection report was extremely thorough and easy to read. It was also easy to send a list to my lawyer for repair request list. It was this inspection report that prevented me from buying a house that was in need of serious major repair. I will be using him in the future and will recommend to all friends and family in need of inspection in the future

360 Home Inspection came way of recommendation and I couldnt be Happier with their service . Jason from 360 Home inspection was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in explains the process and things that should require my attention. Professional and engaging the entire inspection. There was no question that couldnt be answered . I will definitely refer 360 Home Inspection to anyone looking for an inspection team. Especially first time home buyers .

Would HIGHLY recommend Jason as a home inspector. He was very responsive and great with communication, and on short notice was even able to fit us into his schedule after our original inspector cancelled on us last minute. During the inspection, Jason was extremely thorough and professional, and explained various conditions of the house to us along the way, while documenting everything through photos. Jason's inspection report was sent to us in less than 48 hrs, and was presented in a way that was easy to follow and that included the photos as well as charts and descriptions. There was even an option to create a repair list directly from the inspection report. Jason was able to identify and document major issues with the house that we never would have been able to see with untrained eyes. As first time home buyers, we cannot thank him enough for his help and for saving us thousands of dollars in repairs that we would have been responsible for otherwise!!
