Ralph's Famous Italian Ices & ice cream

After waiting 15 minutes in the car for them to open at 2pm, when I placed my order, I was told that there was no soft ice cream available as the machine needed 20 minutes to warm up. Not a fan of hard ice cream so I left empty handed and disappointed. Note to employees...if your machine needs 20 minutes to warm up, then you should arrive at 1:40 instead of 2. Although the employee was nice and friendly, when the doors open, the expectation of your customers is that all items will be available.

My boyfriend and I have been here many times and we love it. It has become a tradition of ours to go every Sunday. The owner is very nice and he makes sure everyone is taken care of. In my opinion best Ive cream shop in the area

Ice cream so good I come here every summer almost every week and Im obsessed with their ice cream. The owner is really nice and makes sure to get his costumers orders right.
