        I cant say enough about the Vanguard. It is possibly the last Tiki experience that you can get in New Jersey and they know how to make an excellent painkiller. The food is top-notch, the service is extraordinary and the bar is staffed by legit mixologists. as the only place that actually holds Sippin Santa in the Northeast, I pray to the gods of Olympus up above that they save this place from extinction. We cannot survive without a place to get Tiki drinks. We cannot survive without a place that has sippin Santa. Harrison needs the Vanguard.

      The Vanguard is a Cocktail Bar Lounge located in Harrison, NJ. We specialize in Cocktails, Brunch, Takeout, Private Party Events, and Happy Hour. Set as an early 1940s factory utilized for the wartime effort, The Vanguard restaurant and bar nods to the women and men who served on the home front. Comprised of three rooms: The Bar, a Mess Hall inspired Dining Room, & a Jazz Cocktail Lounge, The Vanguard has a rustic-industrial tone that reflects Harrisons industrial past. Enjoy our casual American fare and bar menu with Tiki-inspired cocktails, 14 draft beers, wine, and malts & homemade sodas.
