Jen and her team treat you like you have known them for years. I LOVE the pupdate photos after every visit. Seeing my Super happy girl as she hangs out with Lexi eases my stress of leaving her behind. Even in a last minute pinch, Jen tries her best to accommodate and make the experience a positive one for everyone involved (especially the pet!). I cannot say enough how great of a service they are. Thank you for always being reliable and taking care of our psychotic girl

We called Jen's Happy Pets recently to care for our 2 dogs. We saw a lot of "pet sitters" in our area but went with Jen's because they're licensed and insured and anyone Jen sends to your house is well-vetted and background-checked. That was key. Before our first visit, Jen talked with us about how it all worked and answered all of my questions and concerns. The specific sitter assigned did a complementary meet/greet with us and our dogs to make sure it was a good match (for both sides). Our dogs, who aren't the best with people they don't know, were just fine after a couple of minutes of meeting our sitter. They have a straightforward, professional App for scheduling, communication, payments, vet info, etc. It was easy to use; everything was fully transparent between us, our sitter, and Jen. I would definitely recommend their services. I'm glad to say they did exactly what they said they'd do, charged us what they said they would, etc. They were flexible when we had to add an extra visit to the end due to "last minute" delays getting home. Jen was right on top of getting that coordinated. She was courteous and professional the entire way through. That's a rare thing these days.

I am pleased to post an amazing review for Jen’s Happy Pets! Jen and her staff of caretakers are so accommodating in providing needed services to their pet owner clients. Our caretaker, Lexie, loved and cared for our large pack of pets as if they were her own. She kept us abreast of how our critters were doing throughout our entire time away through texts and pictures. I will be using Jen’s Happy Pets services again in a few months without hesitation.

My experience with Jens Happy Pets has been great since day one. Very dependable and accommodating. I would highly recommend signing up to have Jen, Annie, or any other member of the team take care of your pet while your away!
