We used Cowan’s for a chimney cleaning. They were On time, friendly and thorough! Great communication. At the end they gave us some tips for keeping it clean until the next time.. and when we need another cleaning we are definitely using Cowan’s again . Thanks guys! Highly recommend!

Great to work with. Quick work and great attention to details. Uses old work techniques and materials that will outlast newer quicker ways. I'll recommend to all my friends and family for when they need their chimney repaired. Thanks again for the great work.

Cowan's Masonry did a great job resurfacing my chimney. Key differentiators were that they were communicative/responsive to calls and texts, didn't charge for an estimate on the job, and they could also check the foundation of my house and do some restorative work on my steps.

Bob Cowan made arrangements to come to my house to repair my chimney as it was leaking around the perimeter into my attic and finally through my ceiling light in the kitchen. The day he was supposed to come, it rained, but he stayed in contact with me and rescheduled and came out and did a terrific job. He also patched up a damaged screen door at the back door without my asking and obviously did it just to be kind and helpful. He repaired a huge crack on my front porch and some concrete that had fallen off the steps.. The price was more than fair and I am very pleased. I can't thank him enough for taking care of my chimney and porch and I highly recommend him and his services.
