I recently had the pleasure of working with American A-1, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the team led by Roland, alongside his dedicated crew member Rafael, demonstrated outstanding professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality service. The team was punctual, took the time to understand the issue areas and implement a solution. There were some leaks after the job was complete but Roland and team honored their warranty and continued to apply solutions. Roland went as far as personally managing the project himself and as a result, we now have a dry basement!

Lou and his team did an excellent job installing french drains and a sump pump. They were always on time, were very detailed in their work and completed the job in just 3 days. Lou was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive and always willing to take the time to explain any questions that I had. The real test will be next time we have heavy rain! My basement had been getting water quite regularly after Hurricane Ida and I had no idea where it was coming from. Lou came by and listened to all my concerns and crazy theories, put together a plan, and then provided a very reasonable quote. His team arrived on time and by the evening, I had a fully installed sump pump with very little evidence any disturbance had been made to my basement and lawn. It's been nearly five months since the install and I haven't had a drop of water in the basement. For a year after Ida, I was nervous every time it rained; now I have complete peace of mind.
