I can not over express my gratitude to Mr. Bratton and his entire team for what they have done for my family. From the beginning, with Matt B. and his incredible knowledge of trusts and estate planning... all the way through to Katie K. and her work as our Elder Care Coordinator. My ailing father, who is 96, flew from PHL to LAX with my mom to visit my sister. However, upon landing, he was taken to the hospital out in CA where he remained for almost a week. I flew out to be with them and attempt to bring both mom and dad home early to be in familiar surroundings, with their established doctors. Katie was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE coordinating the entire transition from California to a Rehab facility in NJ and then working with the assisted living to set up a transition back "home". Even while I was in the air on the plane, we were in touch via WhatsApp so that I knew exactly what to do and where to go upon landing. You do not know what you do not know when it comes to estate and elder planning. The best decision we made in regards to any type of care for my parents was signing on with the Bratton Group. I look forward to a continued partnership through my father and mother's lives and apprecaite their care. Highly, highly recommend.

Knowledgeable attorney but difficult to get a hold of from a request for a tele-meeting to a response to a single question via email. Our Care Coordinator dipped in and out of the scene. I most often found better services myself via Google. Bratton seems to work with a certain group of home care agencies and we felt Bratton worked on their behalf, not ours. Expensive. Recommend them only for initial setup of estate planning. Their other services are not worth the on-going fees.

I couldnt be more disappointed with services received for our Mother at Bratton Law. Our legal coordinator was Brittany Tedesco and although we did receive a beautifully organized binder for our $8,000 fee. Sadly when we had a legal question as to the Durable POA that was prepared as part of Moms package, I was shockingly met with notice that the attorney would be glad to answer my question with a return phone call at rate of $150.00. I was completely insulted and shocked that I could be expected to pay for a brief explanation of a form completed by their office. Considering elder care services are typically prepared for future times of need I would recommend a legal office that will be there for you when that time comes!!
