I gain nothing from this review of 0 (zero) because in 15+ years as a patient at this office I never knew she existed until this interaction but it did help me with my decision to go to another facility. Don't ask for help if your struggling with depression. When I asked the office for a doctor to call me back because I was struggling with my depression she made decision based on what's in my file but never took time to ask me any questions. Told me she responded in portal but never received any response in portal or call back until I called answering service 7 hours later. When I told her I was going to complain to office she gave name of who to contact (Lori), told me to go to ER and hung up on me. Still never asked me any questions! And with a very unprofessional attitude especially when my need for help was related to depression! Sad but true!
