Atlantic Health Urgent Care at Hackettstown

Super convenient. Was able to get my daughter tested for strep right away same day. And she was on her antibiotic by midday. Went to bed already feeling better than when she woke up. We got taken in about 45 min after our appointment time but that can be expected at an urgent care facility.

From the moment I came in, they were attentive caring and kind. From the nurses, doctors, assistants, and administrators, everyone made my initial office visit and subsequent hospital stay very comfortable n I felt better every day. They saved my life.. thank you all at AHS from the bottom of my heart you are truly my heroes

unfortunately I had to give one start in order to post. I didn't want to give this Urgent care any stars. The front desk recptionists were telling jokes that involved vulgar language. I don't mind a good joke, but an urgent care is not where I want to hear one. The attending physicial didn't bother to grace my husband with an overall wellness check. We my husband & I went to see if something can be given to him because we thought he had covid. I was told he couldn't be given the meds for covid bc he (the doc) didn't know his numbers for his kidney or liver. I was okay with that. I wanted him to be seen to rule out covid, & or check for possible sinus infection or bronchitis even. He spoke loud enough for me to hear by telling the nurse - What is he suppose to do?? When I heard that, I told my husband Let's Go NOW!!! I couldn't believe the tone in which he spoke to the nurse so I can only imiagine his reaction to us. I left before the nurse returned. I called this morning 4/8 & spoke with two of the nicest women. Anna & Miriam - Miriam is the Mgr. she is going to look more into it. Thank Goodness someone over there has a kind heart & want to do the right thing. helping others.

My mom went back to the Hackettstown Optum Urgent care for her last wound check. The female doctor that handled her care was so kind and sweet. She was so gentle when removing my moms steri strips on her wound. The whole staff at this urgent care are very friendly and good.
