        Mr.Fracasso is great I reached out to him on a weekend about a matter I was being wrongfully accused of and he took action immediately, any questions I have he answered fast, he know I was nervous because I didnt know what was going on, and I must say he knows his work very well, I am so thankful to have a great attorney and prices are great.

      I disagree with the facts presented by the reviewer. I was hired to perform legal services in a total of 3 different legal proceedings in 3 different courts over a span of approximately 4 months. All 3 proceedings concluded with the best possible outcome -- Judgment in her favor. One court proceeding resulted in a successful outcome without any court appearances. One resulted in a successful outcome with only 2 court appearances and one resulted in a successful outcome with only 1 court appearance. Goals and objectives of representation vary from person - to - person. That is why selecting an attorney who shares your goals and objectives is important. For example...If a potential client would consider succeeding in every legal matter they hire their attorney to represent them in a "horrible experience" then, I would I may not be the best choice of attorney for you. If a potential client (male or female victim of domestic violence) is seeking an attorney who is there for them perhaps as early as 4:00 am on a Sunday morning to help them apply for a Domestic Violence Temporary Restraining Order, diligently communicates with them, personally guides them through the legal process, throughly explains that process, resolves all of their cases without the risk and stress of a trial and dedicates themselves to the client's success and piece of mind, then I encourage you to reach out to me to discuss retaining my office. You can then decide for yourself and form your own opinion if we can work well together.
