Hi Kelly, Thanks for the review even though it doesn't reflect the service we provide. . You called asking a to provide a quote to repair your electric service after it had been partially ripped off the house. I immediately quoted you 1500-2000 dollars, as that is the fee for working with live electricity from the utility. Not being satisfied, you then requested us to come look at it for a free estimate. I declined as we know exactly what the job entails. Then you proceed to ask me to dissect labor vs materials and etc. I just stated the fee is the fee for dangerous work. Then you hung up. Sorry you think it's rude, but so is hanging up. Anyone who knows me... knows.... I'm matter of fact, straight to point, no-nonsense and the guy to call to get the electrical work fixed correctly, the first time at a cost that is commensurate with the skill that will be provided and a reputation for providing excellent electrical contracting services.
