Umair, Chris and Fareena were all wonderful to work with and, although we had to abandon our project during the planning stage we would be return customers if the situation arose. They were all open, honest and transparent. I think this company will continue to grow and prosper.

I built my New England Cape in 2017. Mike Waldron was a great resource. He helped my vision become a reality and made what other builders say impossible, possible. I also got along great withhis contractors. I continue to refer all of them new business.

We contracted LDM Homes to build and set our home in 2005. Mike's experience and professionalism though the process was invaluable. He offered solid advice, managed the project well and handled the occasional "fire drill" with the calm yet urgent demeanor of a seasoned builder. I chose to manage my own subs and after my excavator ran two weeks late and my mason completely flaked out with only two weeks left to modular delivery I called Mike in a panic. With my life savings on the line, my wife and I living with family and seemingly nothing going right, I literally broke down in tears. Mike calmed me down and said he would take care of it. a few calls later, his trusted Mason was on site, in and out in a few days and the house arrived and was set on schedule. In the years since then I've reached out to Mike a few times and he's always been receptive and responsive. Building a home can be rewarding but it's a taxing process that I wouldn't attempt again without Mike @ LDM
