I was at the restaurant like an hour ago and I paid for 12 pc meal. When i got home there were only 8 small pieces. I called the restaurant from home several times but nobody answered the phone.

I have rarely received such bad services I did here. My family of five came here at approximately 7:00 on a Saturday for dinner. We were the only people in the restaurant although there were people going through the drive-thru. It took close to 30 minutes for our bucket of 16 pieces to be done with no communication from the staff as to what was happening. They got the chicken wrong as we had ordered extra crispy and we received original recipe but as we had waited so long we chose to just have it anyway. They also didn't put any gravy on our mashed potatoes and forgot to give us three out of five cups for drinks. On top of that they argued with us about what we had and had not asked for. The food was as you expect but the service was abominable and we will not be back.

Can cooperate do something about this kfc? Its literally awful and I want kfc but there arent any closer ones nearby. Or at least shut it down so they can build a Popeyes there instead

I ordered online 1 hour before I picked up. The place was empty. I had to wait for my order to made after my scheduled pick up time. After I got my order home, I discovered it was wrong and missing all the sauces I was suppose to get. The employees substituted the chicken pieces I ordered, but didn't tell me. I had been waiting for my order for 10 minutes and there were 0 other people in the restaurant, so it's not like they were too busy to let me know. They didn't even knowledge me until after I had been there for almost 10 minutes, in the EMPTY place.

This location is horrible. Every time we come to give it another chance they disappoint us even more. Service is very slow, and food is inconsistent. We have gotten orders with no biscuits and cold, soggy food. We tried again tonight and was asked if I could wait 12 minutes because there was no chicken available. This is a chicken place, how can you have no chicken available? This was the last straw, we will not be back there. Management really needs to get their act together.
