        Called about a problem with the gears on my Mongoose Hill Topper. John in the Hackettstown store said bring bicycle in and he will check it out and make adjustments. Less than 30 minutes later he was done. He adjusted gears and the brakes which I didnt expect. I expected to pay about $100 but John said $30. The bicycle shifts like it is brand new. I will recommend and be using them again. Thank you

        The woman that claims to be the manager is the worst at customer service. Thankfully the additional staff cares about their customers and was able to assist with a sale and not loose a customer. Still may search online avenues before returning.
