Great price for a very clean, well-maintained truck rental - that was actually a surprisingly pleasant drive. Better still - was the low key, efficient service from the staff. I plan to use Fairmount again in future and highly recommend them too.

I've been a fan of Fairmount since the first time I rented ~2016. We've rented trucks though a company I used to work for in Hackensack and I have rented minivans and trucks for personal use. Its just plain easier to deal with a local company and speak to a real person instead of trying to deal with a U-Haul or Budget "affiliate" that doesn't actually have the rental you need at a critical time. The office has been spruced up in the past few years and it seems like they now have more trucks than they can fit on their lot. I was concerned that they had been bought out by a big company and the local feel would be lost. Not a chance. Nancy rented the truck out to me, which took less than 10 mins on a day when I needed to get moving. Daisy professionally handled any customer service issue I had. Patrick was both the first and last point of contact; the most pivotal when a customer remembers dealing with a company. I'm sorry I didn't get the names of the two other gentlemen working there, but each one clear and professional. Moving into your first home is stressful enough, so get a truck from Fairmount and worry less!
