Sump Pump Gurus | Hackensack

For the past two years, I've been using Sump Pump Gurus. Over the years, I've recommended them to various friends and neighbors for sump pump servicing. They are always open and honest, as well as really quick. These men are extremely pleasant, courteous, and considerate. I chatted with Alex on the phone yesterday. Excellent customer service and honesty. We recently purchased our first home with a sumppump system. Sump Pump Gurus' Nick took the time to explain how it worked and how to properly maintain it. I will absolutely employ him and his team at this company for any future sump pump requirements!

Called on Friday as my lines were backing up in the house ... I expected to discover a huge problem when Mike arrived, and he could have told me that anyway as I wouldn't have known better. However, he took the time to show me that the filter was clogged and that the tank itself and the lines out to the tank were fine. I appreciate the honesty, and that he took the time to explain to me what was going on, how the system works, and what I should do to keep it running smoothly. Thanks Sump Pump Gurus!!!

Spoke to Alex he gave great advice on my issue with a pump,he recommended getting it refurbed at my apartment. It took less than an hour.It is now working like brand new. Aron the engineer was very pleasant and efficient and did very clean work . The cost was reasonable and I have no hesitation in recommending this company for any work.

Had a leaking water pump which they fixed within a day. They gave me great advice and guidance on the phone and tried to help me with removing the pump to bring it into the shop to save me money. The callout was very professional, and discussed all issues with the pump and possible solutions I could pick from. Offered advice on future maintenance and allowed me watch and learn during the removal and installation. Will happily use their services again and highly recommend them.
