I would like to complain about the attention that the rector gives, she is very rude, she lacks charisma and empathy with people. I don't like that a person like this is taking care of my baby

The teachers are super nice, The director has a really bad attitude when she needs to say anything, if that is how she talk to parents I cant imagine the way she talks to the children when parents are not around, I think that is why they have 1.5 stars in yelp!

my son and I relocated to Jersey and we looked for schools in area this was one of the first ones I visited . at first everything seemed nice and teacher classroom was set up like a real class only thing I didn't like was the diapers smell and the clutter in the front area no playground for older kids small area and just one class no moving around like outside that one class so I should have known after seeing clutter and one day coming to drop off paperwork whole place was dark which was like everyone is sleep they never open the door right away your out there for minutes sometimes. but when I dropped off my son late and by late class starts 9am if I was there 9:02 or even 9:10am It was shown on their faces or dismissive tone that they didn't like that mind you I'm new to area don't know roads and have health issues that I didn't need to tell them about but my son walks in late and his teacher ms Nikki who I found out is ms dawn daughter said to my son come in  hurry your late and all the kids looked at him he already would cry going there because he was new and to point him out like that talk to me not my  child . After that I had bad taste in my mouth then my son told me the teacher leaves classroom during nap time and they didn't give him his snack bc he gets picked up at 3pm and snack is at 3pm lol so instead other kids had their snack and my son sitting there bundled up and u couldn't give him his cookie lol I said no this is insane so I even extended hrs so he could get his snack and feel ok . I come in today was let in the front door but locked out classroom all other classes were open I was told by ms dawn to knock on door and she was dismissive saying that I then knocked on ms Nikki door 3 times she didn't answer another parent saw and heard how ms dawn talked to me very oh well knock again and the parent stared into class at ms Nikki then she came opened door for my son like let's go I'm in circle time hurry up and closed door like really how about good morning to my son or hello to me I knew then he wasn't coming back so when I came in to pick him up ms dawn opened door and was on phone so I said I'll get him them talk to her after see if she can make some sense of things concerning me we'll soon as I got him my son tells me he was crying today because he did the G wrong and ms Nikki said she wasn't helping him bevasive he was crying so now Im upset about to cry I go back to ms dawn shes still on phone so I tell me son sit and we wait about two three minutes she says you need to talk to me mom I said yes thinking she would get off phone she doesn't and I say I'll wait until your off phone she's like I won't be off for awhile I was like wow ok so I don't think he's coming back she said ok .. lol... what's ok you clearly don't care about my concerns or my son I said wow you just confirmed what I was feeling then she was trying to back track didn't let her I said is there anything you have that I need to take for my son she's like nope I said ok walked out in total shock never dealt with anything like that especially with my child so don't let the smiles and the warm welcome day or two fool you this by far was worse decisio I've made for my son and will never happen again
