Made attempts to get my AC Serviced and 3 times either late or no show. Called 3 hours past guaranteed time to say were not showing up today I need to reschedule.

After recently purchasing a home in Bergen I came to Muccia through a referral. The first company I worked with wasn't able to find the issue with my central air that Tim found in 10 minutes. Muccia found themselves a long time customer!

Expensive $375.00, I paid cash to avoid taxes and / or 3% credit card charges. However, Mark & Kenny got the plumbing job done (replaced 2 water valves). Removed bathroom vanity without damage and cleaned up upon completion. I would recommend Muccia Plumging of Hackensack, NJ.

Absolutely incompetent scammers who blame everyone (super, manufacture, clients) but themselves. They lie, mislead and rip off. Nobody wants to deal with them, but if you happened to be a co-op shareholder, you dont have too many options, all the roads lead to them because hands wash hands. Absolutely shameless business reps, employees and owner. They never cover their shoes. They came to my place 4 times (at least) and never cared about my unit floor, moreover left lots of screws on the floor that were not placed back to where the screws belonged to. They charge before they provide you services. If you have questions about the services, they dont care and offer to come check it out but with the condition to charge you again. They measured my coil unit a number of times but left me without heat/AC for two years. They blamed the manufacturer. They did not attempt to mitigate the harm and damages. They send different people each time and have no record about their employees visits. They are rude on the phone (Kim is fine), the rest suck. They come check the pipes but do not bring the materials to cover the pipes up, and they require to call them back (extra call, extra services, extra charge). They refuse to do anything even when you pay. They keep sending you to the buildings Sper instead of taking any chance to mitigate damages and explain. They breach the contract they enter into with the client upon their own will. And they do not care. If you look for a extremely expensive services for low level services, damages to your property and harm to your health, call Muccia. Nobody from my co-op building wants to deal with Muccia but we are stuck because there is a strong connection between the building and Muccia. Welcome to co-op world. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will absolutely rob you blind if you arent privy to plumbing. They charged over $1000.00 for less than an hour of labor and the parts were around $70. Complete rip off! A complaint to the board of master plumbers will follow.
