Ive tried several of their services, from massages to cupping and different stimulants, and each has left me feeling healed, strong, and renewed. John has this innate ability to listen and seek out the true cause of your pain and dis-ease. He is so much more than a simple physical therapist by far. They even have an Amazing Ice Plunge session. I cant recommend Ethos highly enough!

Dr John, is working to help me strengthen weaknesses that lead to an injury and injury prevention. He is very knowledgeable, patient and personable. He asks me questions and really listens to my answers/concerns. He uses that information to plan my personalized treatments accordingly.

I cant recommend Dr. John Puzio enough. I started going here a few months ago for shoulder instability problems and consistently had pain in the gym doing any shoulder related workouts. Dr. John spent the first day identifying the problem and then giving me a few exercises to do at home. He sent out an email after with a very in depth summary of what we went over, and with video demonstrations of the exercises we talked about. Within a month of starting at Ethos PT, I still had a little bit of pain, but nowhere near what it was when I first started. As of about 3 months later, I dont have any of the shoulder pain I was experiencing, and Im able to progressively overload on shoulder exercises just fine without having to worry about painful spasms. Since then weve moved on to targeting another problem area for me and Im already seeing the improvements.

I tore my left rotator cuff Dec 20th 2023. I was aware immediately by sound and pain finishing a set of push ups. I knew from previously tearing my right in three places requiring surgery that this was severe. Not wanting to pursue that route i came across an Ethos add which curiously had me set up an appointment. You will not find a more knowledgeable therapist regarding pain relief and restoration of motion range than John. His techniques and thorough explanations are unsurpassed. This is true one on one physical therapy without interruption or attention seeking individuals at his facility. No one but you and him as he meticulously explains the movements, what they target and insures they are done correctly. Sends you home with homework until the next session including easily attainable Youtube, and Instagram videos on that weeks movements so the reference for correct motion is repeated for optimum and rapid results. This is a no brainer for me if ever i need physical therapy again. Ive been to chain offices in the past for a range of injuries. I found them impersonal and crowded. John IS the REAL DEAL!
