Edit: in response to your comment, how about taking accountability for words that were said, because I highly doubt any audio or footage was reviewed. Maritza is full of herself, and whats the point of trying to sell life insurance to someone while working in a pet store. Makes no sense and seems like you guys are money hungry. The situation is EXACTLY what it is. No one should ever bring in a dead relative to a scam business, no matter how desperate you are. My sister came into this store about two weeks ago in search of a job (if any openings). The owners mother - Maritza, took the opportunity to instead try to lure her into her Life Insurance Scam business. Our mother passed away last month, and Maritza had the audacity to tell my sister You see, if your mom had life insurance, you wouldnt be in this situation. Who on EARTH says that? Such a shame on you and this business as a whole. Aside from the opportunist trying to sabotage my sister, she has a nasty attitude when it comes to customer service. Would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

My cat ran out of her clavamox drops and the vet clinic didnt have the refills available even though I had the prescription for it. I called all the major pet stores like petsmart and petco and none of them had it in stock. Luckily I walked into barking on the blvd and the store owner was amazing. She gave me her own personal supply of the drops and even mixed it to be used right away. Thankfully to her my cat was able to get the drops and not miss out on a whole day of antibiotics. Its businesses like these which remind me why petsmart or petco or any other major chain will never have the human touch and why having businesses like these in our neighborhood is important.
