Recently hired Certified Relocation Solutions for our recent move from NJ to CA and i must say....these guys are great! Estimate was fair and mostly accurate, with only few increases on move day for things I may have overlooked on the estimate or added after our initial consultation. Honestly wasn't much extra but we were content considering our estimate was done prior to packing actually being completed. Turnaround times were within the windows provided. Delivery went smoothly. Not a single damage or missing item. Couldn't have asked for a more upfront and honest company.

I hired them for my move from our apartment to townhouse, as they work with our realtor so that's where I got the recommendation. James came out to our apartment to give us an estimate and he was very friendly answering all of my questions. The day of the move the team was right on time (even a little early!), professional, and careful with my items. They disassembled and reassembled my furniture and made a stressful thing like moving a very easy process. I felt their pricing was also very fair. Thanks for everything!

I recently hired this company to move a two bedroom apartment plus a storage room less than a mile. The move began well, however despite paying near $4,000 including tips, the job was not completed. When I contacted the company they refused to send someone that day. They first made excuses saying the job was completed. When pictures was shared of how the team left the items and the job uncompleted the excuses began from blaming other but not themselves. Lastly, rather immediately have a team come back to finish the job they were paid for, they offered to come back few days later or I should go hire another company at my own expense and theyll offer to share the cost. Do not use this company. They arent true to their word. Disappointing!!

OMG. I cant say enough good things about this company. They were preselected for me by ANGI Homeservices among 3 other companies, and i'm glad to have decided to proceed with them for my move from NYC to upstate.
