Steven and Cross Country were simply amazing! I actually went into a home purchase with another lender. It turns out the seller and their team were not keen on my lender of choice. In comes Steven and Cross Country. Not only did he meet what the previous lender was providing - he beat it. And the entire home buying process (our first) was incredibly smooth. Anu, a member of Steve's team was simply amazing, supportive and answered all of my questions completely. Walking through the process, explaining which part of the process we're in and the timing of it all. This was my first time buying a home.
