Fluffies Hot Chicken - Hackensack

Gave me the wrong order and lost over $40 bucks. You cant just say the first name of someone and hand the food. Terrible service, food is great but service is terrible.

I really wanted to like this place. All of the photos online really hyped this place up. The food came out fast. Something I cant stand is when food still has fat left on it. There was so much fat in my chicken, I just stopped eating it since I was so grossed out. Also, the Mac n cheese is awful. Would really prefer a new recipe

Only if they were to do deliveries, it would be a whole different story... besides that the food is so freaking amazinga biggie thumbs up both handswe went as a group from Teaneck and each one of Us had to order something so we all could try everythingwow what a day it was.. Best chicken sandwich spot in the area. Bit on the spicy side but still delicious. Havent tried everything on the menu yet, but everything looks good. Cant go wrong with any of the chicken sandwiches they have on the menu.
