      Hi Nancy, you informed us today on a recorded line the car is no longer driveable as of yesterday. We removed the vehicle as of yesterday.I tried calling you but received voicemail. You also have a milewise policy which means you pay as you go. Therefore, I am unsure of where a refund would come into play. Your estimated payment for 6 months is less than $600 based on your mileage. Not sure we should be classifed as "theives". I challenge you to find a better rate than we are providing. Please feel free to call or stop with any questions. John
