        OTF Hackensack is excellent. All the coaches are very knowledgeable and motivating. The front desk staff is excellent remember your name and know where you want to start. The main reason I love Hackensack is its the only game in town with an 8:30pm class. My home gym is Wyckoff but its always good to have the flexibility to use Hackensack.

        Joining OTF Hackensack was one of the best things I could have done for my physical and mental health. I always found it hard to find motivation to get myself to the gym. Since my first class at Orange Theory I felt comfortable, motivated, and excited to keep coming back. The coaches are so helpful and really show that they care about your improvement. I started off as a power walker and after a few months with a push from one of the coaches I started to become a jogger. I've seen so much improvement in myself. The hour I spend in the morning at OTF Hackensack really jumpstarts my day and I feel so motivated! Love OTF Hackensack and the coaches are the best!!! (Also Coach Jeff playing All I Do Is Win during an all out will never get old) - best studio ever!
