I had a wonderful experience at United Dental Group, very professional with prompt service. The Office looks very clean & sanitized. Jenny the office manager was absolutely great. She made sure I was updated with any information concerning my appointment & the procedure I was having. She called the next day to follow up & see how I was feeling. Its a very professional & people friendly environment. Thank you United Dental Group for my pearly whites.

I hate to leave a review like this but I have no choice. .. I'm a new patient and I had my previous appointment rescheduled to then show up at my scheduled date and come to find out because of a sign posted on the door that there was no one in the office and that I had to call 2 specific numbers that were posted. I called the office numbers and office staff did not know anything on why I wasn't contacted in advance. Its is very irresponsible of them and I will not be contacting them or following up with them for a future appointment.

Got a Groupon for Xray & Cleaning. Jenny at the front was very courteous and informative about what options I had about my missing tooth. Thank You Dr. & all the ladies on the team who made my appointment a good one .
