Two years ago (March 2021) I contacted this company, a guy named "Jay" to help me with my credit and my debt. I gave him all the information he needed, paid him and monthly payments for the company to check my credit monthly. At the beginning, he stated that they eliminated some debts from my account etc. The year after a collector took money from my bank account when I was not aware of that was going to happen. Two years later (present) I see that ALL my accounts were NOT resolved. He and his company did not do that job he promised he was going to do and that I paid for. I tried to contact this person over the phone and I do not get an answer!!. I am writing because it is very frustrating now. DO NOT trust this people or company at all. Bunch of lies and all they want is your money!!! At the end of the day, it is your debt that you will have to deal with not theirs!! Same of this company and its people. So disappointed. I do not recommend to hire someone like them!

Great experience with customer service, it was almost impossible to find a trustful company with all kind of services.
